ABOUT
Hi there! I'm Brooke Janine, a passionate photographer with a love for capturing life's raw, beautiful moments. When I'm not behind the lens, you'll likely find me hanging with my family, soaking up nature with my German Shepherd, Drago, indulging in sushi (gluten-free, of course—I have celiac!), or reminiscing about my days cruising with the top down in my classic 1985 blue Corvette. I thrive connecting with people and believe nothing beats great conversation over a delicious slice of pizza (hold the gluten, please!). Let’s create some unforgettable memories together!
PORTRAITS
Portrait photography is the art of capturing the essence of a person in a single image. It goes beyond simply recording a face; it’s about revealing the personality, emotions, and story of the subject. Through thoughtful composition, lighting, and expression, a portrait can convey confidence, vulnerability, joy, or contemplation. Each shot is a collaboration between the photographer and the subject, working together to create an image that feels both authentic and timeless. A great portrait not only reflects who the person is, but also invites the viewer to connect with them on a deeper level.
EVENTS
"What I love most about attending a concert is capturing those epic, unforgettable moments that come to life through my photos."
DOCUMENTARY
Since I was a young girl, I’ve always dreamed of photographing life’s moments. Capturing people and their stories—both the joyful and the tragic—is what fuels my passion for photography. What we document becomes our history; it’s a reflection of our humanity, of what unites and divides us. My goal is to preserve these moments so that future generations understand what we’ve heroically endured and the joys that have kept us moving forward.
